Capital One, Removing Access To Priority Pass Non-Lounge Options on January 1, 2023

Effective January 1, 2023 Priority Pass from the Capital One Venture X will no longer offer access to non lounge options such as restaurants, retail shopping and spas. This can be found in the F.A.Q:

Many users of the Capital One Venture X specifically applied for this card in order to get the higher tiered version of Priority Pass, choosing the Capital One Venture X instead of the higher annual fee Chase Sapphire Reserve. Removing the “800+ Priority Pass Members can now benefit from airport dining, retail and spa discounts”.
